Installation
Please use the App Store on your Mac, iMac, or MacBook.
You need macOS version 12 or later.
Suitable devices* include:
- iMac, late 2025 model or later
- iMac Pro, 2017 model
- iMac mini, late 2014 model or later
- Mac Pro, late 2013 model or later
- Mac Studio, 2022 or newer
- MacBook, Retina 2016 or newer
- MacBook Air, early 2015 or newer
- MacBook Pro, early 2015 or newer

Usage
Follow the instructions in the app.
You will be guided through the app and receive tips on how to use the app.
Diagnostic Data
If the app does not work as expected, proceed as follows:
Close the app completely. To do this, use the menu at the top of the screen and select the app name.
The app must then be restarted. A loading window will appear. Click on “Pause” within 3 seconds.
You can now provide us with data for investigation by clicking the “Send diagnostic data” button. Please also send us a message via the email address provided there.
Resetting the App
If the app does not work as expected or you want to reset the app to its “factory settings,” proceed as follows:
Close the app completely. To do this, use the menu at the top of the screen and select the app name.
The app must then be restarted. A loading window will appear. Click on “Pause” within 3 seconds.
You can now use the “Reset App” button to completely reset the app to its factory settings.
Please note: Your saved learning progress will be irretrievably lost when you “reset.”
Uninstalling
If you want to remove the app completely, find the app in your “Applications” folder and delete it.
Alternatively, find the app in “Launchpad” and tap and hold the app until a selection menu appears. Select “Delete” from the menu.
Note: Learning progress will be lost upon uninstallation.
